1. Back on track towards improvements in the USA and in the World. Days-to-Double (DD) for deaths for the USA is at ~10 days and for the World at ~14 days. DD for positives for both the USA and the World now stands at ~16 days.

2. There was a change in the USA data for April 14-15 that Worldometer included yesterday. Unfortunately, 3,778 additional deaths that have occurred since March 11 in NYS are now being included due to re-classification of Covid-19 related deaths by the US CDC. We have included these deaths historically in our analysis, following the daily pattern of previously reported deaths in NYS.

3. Strong improvements continue in all of daily hospitalizations data from NYS. Percentage of positives in NYS ticked slighly lower and was at 35%.

4. The number of deaths in NYS from yesterday re-affirm the previously observed peak in daily deaths in NYS between April 8 - 10. Looking forward to NYS daily deaths taking a nose-dive soon!
