1. Monday the 13th confirms huge improvements seen over the last three days. Days-to-Double (DD) for both the USA and the World are now in a totally new and better territory:
USA DD for deaths is now at ~10 days, about x4 better than two weeks ago;
World DD for deaths is now at ~15 days, about x2.5 better than two weeks ago;
USA DD for positives is now at ~15 days, about x3 better than two weeks ago;
World DD for positive is now at ~18 days, more than x2 better than two weeks ago.
2. Now it can be stated with high certainty that, as predicted here, NYS has undergone the peak in the infected between March 29 - April 2 and the peak in daily deaths sometime between April 7 and April 10. Both USA and NJ have also undergone their respective peaks a couple of days behind NYS. This is important because marked improvements should continue as both NYS and NJ start to roll off of their apexes.
3. Marked improvements continue in all of daily hospitalizations data from NYS. Percentage of positives in NYS, though still at alarmingly high levels, dipped under 40% today and is starting to exhibit acceleration in the downward trend.
